2026 NCGA Summer AEWR Change Update

Dear NCGA Member:

Effective today, August 3, 2026, the US Department of Labor – Employment and Training Administration – Office of Foreign Labor Certification has published notice in the Federal Register of the 2026-2027 H-2A program wage rates based on the OEWS wage data set authorized under the new H-2A wage regulations promulgated in fall 2025.

Please review the attached document for comprehensive information on ALL wage rate changes for H-2A workers and corresponding US workers.
