A Call to Action
President Trump is asking for the public to recommend government action and regulations that are hurting American businesses. Specifically, the Administration “seeks proposals to rescind or replace regulations that stifle American businesses and American ingenuity. NCGA has prepared comments on your behalf – all you have to do is complete the process by going through the link below – it will take less than 15 minutes for someone who uses computers on a regular basis (think wife, child, friend, etc.).
NCGA has focused the prepared comments on the H-2A Adverse Effect Wage Rate that is causing economic ruin to our farms and families. I hope you’ll take the time to rescinded and modified to lower labor costs.
There are a few blanks to complete in order to personalize the comments. You can add to it if you like …. Describe how your farm and family have been impacted by out of control wage increases in the H-2A program. The comments are due Monday, May 12, 2025.
